Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy involving gentle pressure applied to the feet or hands which correspond to the systems and organs of the body supporting relaxation and promoting natural healing. Reflexology is used within medical clinics such as pain management, palliative care and supporting those with neurodivergence amongst other areas.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) which ensures I  adhere to professional standards, insurance and ethical practice as well as committed to continued professional training.

in  December 2025  I completed additional specialist reflexology training to support women through perimenopause and menopause. Read on to learn more about my top 4 reflexology benefits.

01

Reflexology gently regulates sleep

Reflexology calms the nervous system, reduces stress and  anxiety (lowering cortisol) which helps regulates sleep. Which as we all know is vital and often elusive with the pressures of work, children and modern living. Many people report improved sleep cycles after reflexology.

02

Supports hormonal health

Many women are turning to reflexology to support themselves through menopause, PMS/Menstrual issues etc, By targeting specific points such as the pituitary, pineal and the adrenal gland clients are reporting reduction of common symptoms . Allowing women to feel back in control, listened to and supported.  By booking a reflexology for menopause session  we can focus on reducing inflammation , muscular skeletal pain and improving mood to name a few benefits!

03

Neurodivergent  Conditions

The reason I qualified in reflexology was to support others with neurodivergent conditions, as often this isn't always considered in holistic therapy. What I've found is a clientele who book reflexology with me  as a life line to manage conditions such as ASD, ADHD, Dyspraxia etc . I have found reflexology a great tool for sensory issues, anxiety and improving focus with relaxation.

04

Whether you are struggling with pain, tension, difficult phases of life or even training for an event such as running, reflexology is tailored to you. Every session we discuss how you are and what's next for you and plan a treatment that works for you and your needs. This puts you in control and supports you fully.
