Hello, my name is Nicola, and I’m a holistic therapist with over 15 years of experience in massage therapy. I’ve recently expanded my skill set to include reflexology, offering a more rounded approach to well-being and self-care.
I believe that therapies like massage and reflexology are powerful tools in our life toolkit—helping us to manage stress, reconnect with ourselves, and support our physical and emotional health.
Based in Repton, Derbyshire, I offer both private appointments and corporate wellness services for local businesses. Whether you're seeking relaxation, pain relief, or simply time to reset, my treatments are tailored to support you in living a more balanced and healthy life.
I had a fabulous Swedish massage with Nicola, she is truly amazing at what she does. She showed a lot of care & covered my issues within a consultation at the start of my treatment. Nicola also gave me a lot of advice going forwards, I will definitely be booking in for another soon!
